Central Point of Coordination: If continuing your education or working isn't an option, a good place to start your transition planning is with your local CPC.

In Iowa, each county has a CPC (Central Point of Coordination) who manages county mental health and development disability funds. Iowa COMPASS can help you connect with your local CPC (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm,
